As we expand and look to the future with player numbers growing ever higher, we wish to recruit more volunteer coaches.

Currently, we have vacancies for Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches at the U13 and U17 age groups.  There are numerous benefits to coaching at Accies from the support you will receive to ascend to the highest elements of your chosen coaching pathway, down to working with some of the best young talent the country has to offer.

The successful applicants for Head Coach positions will possess the a Level 4 Qualification whilst assistants should possess the Coaching in the Game Level 3 certificate. They will also have experience of working in a football team as a volunteer or paid coach. As with all our coaching positions from U9 through to SWPL, you will be a volunteer however you will receive support through the coaching pathway up to and including Children/Youth/UEFA Licence level which is a significant benefit for any coach and a large outlay for the club.  Ideally you will also possess a car and clean driving licence.

The development of our young players is pivotal to our success as a club and the successful candidates can expect to work with some of the finest talent in the country as well as a significant support network from other coaches at the club who possess international coaching experience and have a strong coach development focus.
